Hailing from Ottawa, Canada, I have spent over two decades mastering the art of interpersonal communication, dialogue, and public relations. My passion lies in empowering people to achieve their goals and become the best versions of themselves.
With a Bachelor’s and Master’s of Arts specializing in Communications and Human Interaction from the University of Ottawa and Saint Paul University, I possess a deep understanding of the dynamics of communication and how it can be used to transform lives. Additionally, I have honed my skills as a certified life coach from The Achology Academy and furthered my coaching training at the University of Ottawa’s Professional Development Institute.
My expertise in communication and coaching has brought me to the forefront of the industry, and I have frequently appeared as a guest speaker on various radio and television programs, trade shows, and online seminars.
